Yes. I’m just now getting around to processing the 2010 San Diego Comic Con. It was July 22-25 and was four day fanboy squee-fest, five if you count Preview Night. I love Comic Con because of all of the costumes. While looking at fun masked people, there were other things that caught my attention.

Fembot’s 2009 Sci-Fi ManFest
Every year I see tons of “sexy women of sci-fi” lists. I never see any for the men. I’ve come to the rescue with a list of the sexiest men in science fiction for 2009. I tried to find as many shirtless pictures as possible.

Girl Crush! Lady Gaga
I am some sort of breed of human who has a deep seeded desire to wear shiny metal clothing. If it’s tacky, shiny and silver, I want it! If everyone walked around metallic clothing, I would believe that I’d died and gone to heaven. I’m not sure where this taste in tackiness came from but I’m sure it has everything to do with being a child of the 80′s and a love of all things retro-futuristic.

My Steampunk Project
I’m taking a course. The assignment was to take a mannequin and decorate it inspired by an artist, a culture or art style. We were told that we could do ANYTHING that we wanted. The first thing that came to my mind was steampunk! I had a lot of fun with this project but it was very stressful.
